Woormy Charles was possibly one of the many souls that GL Labs tried to turn into the many Dolls, although due to being in a form that felt too harmful, Woormy Charles became more resentful to almost everything around them.
Woormy Charles later went to chase down the Protagonist in a Husk storage room. Although it is assumed that Woormy Charles may have died when the mansion was destroyed.
Woormy Chales also also appeared in Endless Mode, where they would of helped the many Specimens to chase down the Protagonist such as S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S11, S12, S13, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, US1, US2, US3, US4, US5, The Clown and Hooked Doll.
