Valentine was a member of the Anti-Skulgirl group known as the Last Resistance, with Patty, Halloween, Christmas and Easter. She is also a double agent for Brain Drain. As see in Skullgirls Mobile, She and her group went to hunt down the Skullgirls, only to see them die off because of Marie and Double.
In Skullgirls, Valentine went to Lab-8 to destroy their projects with Double. After fighting Painwheel, Valentine went to turn on both Double and Marie and became the new Skullgirl to fight against Painwheel.
Valentine has appeared in almost every other fighters campaign, where she would be seen near to casino to fight them or helping Double fight them.
