Unknown Specimen 3 is a recurring antagonist seen in the indie video game Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion.
History[]

Unknown Specimen 3 is believed to have been an old friend or aquantance of Spooky's back when she was alive, where it may have been revived somehow by a type of Parasite. Unknown Specimen 3 would often block doors from the Protagonist, only to be hit by an axe or an enchanted sword. If hit too much, a spores my have entered the lungs of the Protagonist, making it cough up a newly created creature and some blood. A parasite would also chase down the Protagonist for a while. Unknown Specimen 3 would also help the many other Specimens to chase down the Protagonist, such as 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Along with a few Monsters, being 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Also helping the other Unknown Specimens being 1, 2, 4 and 5. And helping four Dolls, being Husks, Woormy Charles, The Clown and Hookd Doll.
Unknown Specimen 3 would also appear in the Doll House, where it would try to prevent the Protagonist from leaving the mansion, while it is being destroyed. This lead to the Protagonist to hit it with an axe and left.

- When the player vomits, there is a chance that a fetus-like creature comes out.
- According to the developers, hitting Spooper for the final time causes spores to come out. When inhaled, a fetus is developed from the spores in the player's stomach.
- Unknown Specimen 3, along with Specimen 5, Unknown Specimen 1, and Monster 5 are the only Specimens that can change the textures of the walls in normal rooms.
- Unknown Specimen 3 is one of the only Specimens that does not have a room.
