It is a secondary form of Big Chill from the Ultimatrix.

Ben 10 Ultimate Alien[]
Ultimate Big Chill made his first appearance in the episode Hit 'Em Where They Live, where Ben Tennyson Turned into him after turning into Big Chill to fight against Vulkanus, only to turn back after Vulkanus was defeated.
Ultimate Big Chill made his second appearance in the episode Escape From Aggregor, where Ben turned into him after turning into Big Chill to help Gwen Tennyson and Kevin Levin to fight against Galapagus, only to later turn back to hear him out.
Ultimate Big Chill also appeared in the episode Ultimate Aggregor, where Ben turned into him after turning into Big Chill to put escape from the Paparazzi, only to later turn back.
Ultimate Big Chill returned in the episode Deep, where Ben turned into him after turning into Big Chill to fight against the Piscciss Volann warriors and later turned into Goop after hearing that the planet was loosing its gravity.
In the episode Viktor: The Spoils, Big Chill turned into Ultimate Big Chill to fight against Viktor, only to failed and turned into Ben, while being unconscious.
In the episode Greetings From Techadon, Big Chill turned into Ultimate Big Chill to fight against the Techadon Robot as well as prevent a bridge from collapsing. He later turned into Echo Echo to continue fighting against the Robot.
In the episode The Flame Keepers' Circle, Big Chill turned into Ultimate Big Chill after seeing Vilgax to fight against the Esoterica, only to turn into Ben after seeing Conduit Edwards trying to put Julie into another dimension.
In the episode The Ultimate Sacrifice, Ultimate Big Chill, along with Ultimate Spidermonkey, Ultimate Swampfire, Ultimate Echo Echo and Ultimate Connonbolt went to help Ultimate Hummongasaur to sacrifice Ben Tennyson to be freed from the Ultimatrix. After Ben sacrificed himself, Azmuth appeared to give all the Ultimate beings new homes. It can be believed there is not Ultimate Big Chill transformation in the Ultimatrix after this since Ben and Albedo never uses this form again.
