Trash Man is a playable character in Twisted Metal 4.

That Trash Man is a strange person that decided to become a garbage collector. His reason to become a garbage collector is to try to turn the entire planet into a garbage landfill. He also seems to hate anything clean and decided to modify a garbage truck for battle.
Twisted Metal 4[]
The Trash Man only appeared in Twisted Metal 4, where he was seen driving in his Garbage Truck to fight against the likes of Calypso, Captain Grimm, Conner Nazang, Dennis Flanders, Goggle Eyes, General Warthog, Micro Blast, Orbital, Rob Zombie, The Joneses and Zanita Corbett. A bit later, he would fight against the likes of Crusher, Moon Buggy, Super Thumper, RC Car, Super Axel, Super Slam and Super Auger, Minion and later Sweet Tooth himself. After winning the Twisted Metal contest hosted by Sweet Tooth, Trash Man wished for a world of garbage, leading to Sweet Tooth to make Trash Man smaller and placed in a garbage can with other trash too.
It is currently unknown what happened to the Trash Man after this.
