Tinkerbat is a recurring antagonist in the Shantae series.
History[]
Shantae[]
The Tinkerbats were the minions of the Pirate Master, only to follow the orders of Risky Boots after his death.
The Tinkerbats first seen in Shantae, where Risky Boots ordered them to fight against Shantae. They later appeared in Riskey's island to try and fight against Shantae.
The Tinkerbats returned in Shantae: Risky's Revenge, where they were operating the Tinkertub to help Risky Boots fight against Shantae. The Tinkerbats later went to fight against Shantae in her Mermaid form, only to later be used to operate the Tinkertub to help Risky in battle once again.
The Tinkerbats were later spread out across the world, leading to Risky to team up with Shantae in Shantae and the Pirate Curse, it turned out that most of the Tinkerbats were mutating due to a curse and turned them into Cacklebats. Shantae has to fight against the Cacklebats and take away the magic that mutated them. Some of the Tinkerbats remained normal and gave Shantae a map after she fought against the arena master of the island they were on. After Shatnae has defeated most of the Cacklebats and awoken the Pirate Master, she went to fight against the Pirate Master, only to regain her old powers and defeat the Pirate Master. After this, the Tinkerbats went back to work for Risky Boots.
The Tinkerbats returned in Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, where they went to fight against Shantae under the orders of Risky Boots.
Across the DLCs, the Tinkerbats can be summoned by Risky Boots and some even went to betray her. They also went to fight against Shantae in various costumes.
