Terra-Xehanort

Terra-Xehanort is a recurring antagonist in the Kingdom Hearts series.

History[]

Kingdom Hearts[]

Terra-Xehanort was created in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, where Master Xehanort sent his heart into Terra. The mind of Terra, however became what is known as the Lingering Will, leading the two to fight, only for Terra-Xehanort to disappear into the Radiant Garden. Terra-Xehanort later went to fight against Aqua, only to later become an apprentice to Ansem the Wise.

Apprentice Xehanort would later develop studies under Ansem, mainly by going behind his back and later betrayed him as well as turned the rest of the apprentices; Braig, Dilan, Even, Aeleus, Ienzo, Isa and Lea into Heartless and Nobodies as well as sent a young girl known as Kairi to the destiny islands before doing the same to himself. He later turned into the beings Ansem the Seeker of Darkness and Xemnas.

A version of Terra-Xehanort appeared in Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep: A Fragmentary Passage, appeared to ask Aqua where Ventus is, only for the real Terra to try and stop him.

Apprentice Xehanort made a flashback appearance and would be mentioned a few times in Kingdom Hearts II, where it was revealed that he was the reason why all of the Heartless and Nobodies were created.

Apprentice Xehanort was also mentioned in Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance, mainly by Yen Sid and Lea.

In Kingdom Hearts III, Terra-Xehanort appeared in the Keyblade Graveyard to fight against the Seven Guardians of Light, only to later fight against the Lingering Will once again. He later went to help Vanitas to fight against Aqua and Ventus, only for the Dark Figure to take control of him and turn him back into Terra himself.

Apprentice Xehanort made his last appearance in Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory, where he went to give advice to Kairi and left.
