Stump Smash is a playable character in the Skylanders series, in the series he is a part of the Life Element.

Biography

Stump Smash was once a magical tree that spent most of his time sleeping peacefully in the forests of Skylands. Then one day he awoke to discover his entire forest had been chopped down and logged by trolls - himself included. His long branches were gone, leaving him with only powerful mallets for hands, which he used to smash the troll tree-cutting machines. Although still grumpy about what happened to him, Stump Smash has vowed to protect Skylands against those who would do it harm... especially trolls.

History

Skylanders

Stump Smash was one of the Core Skylanders that protected the Core of Light from Kaos and his minions in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, until on of his minions destroyed it and sent them to Earth. This lead the new Portal Masters to bring the Skylanders back to Skylands in hopes to rebuild the Core of Light as well as defeat Kaos and his minions.

Stump Smash gained new abilities in Skylanders: Giants, while aiding the Giants in thier adventure to prevent Kaos freom trying to reawaken the Arkeyan army.

Stump Smash appears in the now discontinued Skylanders: Universe, along with all of the other Skylanders from Spyro's Adventure and Giants. Roaming Skylands and finding treasures.

He also appears in Skylanders: Cloud Patrol.

Stump Smash has a varient in Skylanders: Lost Islands, known as Autumm Stump Smash.

Stump Smash made a cameo appearance in the comic Skylanders: Issue 1 Forgetting Flynn, where he was seen with other Skylanders helping Master Eon fight against Kaos.

Stump Slamsh may also appear in Skylanders: SWAP-Force, Skylanders: Trap Team, Skylanders: SuperChargers, Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing and Skylanders: Imaginators, where he would help those various Skylander teams in their respected adventures.
