The Stranger is one of the main protagonists in the Oddworld series.

Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath[]
It is unknown who the Stranger was, other than he his is a Steef who disguised himself so that he does not get hunted and became a bounty hunter. He is known for using small Wildlife, such as Fuzzles to trap and capture Outlaws. One of his captures was an Outlaw known as Blisterz Booty and brought him to a Clakker town to put him in a prison. He later went to collect the bounty for Filthy Hands Floyd, where he and his gang ware planning on robbing a bus, only for the Stranger to fight against his goons as well as capture both him and them and went back to the bounty store. The Stranger later went to collect a bounty for The Looten Duke and so went to his hideout. The Stranger had to fight off all of the Duke's minions until he went to fight against him one-on-one and later went back to town to collect his bounty.

- The Stranger is so far the only hero in the Oddworld series, who is not part of the main classic quintology.
- The Stranger and Latamire Munch are the only playable characters in the Oddworld series that are able to swim.
