The Spiders are antagonists in the Skylanders series, in the series they are a part of the Undead Element.

Skylanders[]
The Spiders first appeared in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, where they will attack the Skylanders in the Underworld along with some of the other Undead soldiers. Some of them would also appear in a few Heroic Challenges.
The Spiders returned in Skylanders: Giants, where the Spiders are now above ground to fight against the Skylanders with other other foes.
A pair of Spiders was mentioned in Skylanders: SWAP-Force, as well as a mystic spider known as Mesmerelda appeared to help Kaos' Mom to capture one of the Ancient Elementals and fight against the Skylanders, She however failed.
Some spiders made a cameo appearance in Skylanders: Trap Team, a Trap was also designed after a spider.
In Skylanders: Battlecast, some of the Spiders appear as trading cards to use and battle with.
Mesmerelda appeared in Skylanders: SuperChargers, Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing and Skylanders: Imaginators, where she would go off to race against the Skylanders.
In Skylanders: Imaginators, some of the Imaginators can appear to resemble a spider.

- A story scroll in SWAP-Force mentions a pair of spiders used by the Evil Portal Masters in the past, these two being: The Two Headed Spider and the One Legged Spider.
