Shu is one of the main protagonists in the Blue Dragon series. He has a shadow known as the Blue Dragon.

Shu was first seen laying on a rock in Blue Dragon, he then went off. During one of the Land Sharks attacks both he and Jiro had a plan to stop the beast, only to find that Kluke also wanted to help and the three were later sent down with the Land Shark after it's defeat to the ruins that are filled with Poo Snakes.
