Seadog

Seadogs are a species in the Skylanders franchise, most prominently known for their knack for being pirates that plunder innocent people for gold.

The Seadogs were first seen in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, through the Mirror of Mystery adventure pack, where the Skylanders, such as Terrafin, was asked by Jess LeGrand to enter here home town, which was invaded by the Seadogs. The Skylanders would fight against the Seadogs and play Pirate Cards with them, in turn freeing a number of Mabu, until they reached Captain Dreadbeard. After defeating Captain Dreadbeard, he will take Jess LegGrand, leading to the freed Mabu and the Skylanders to fight against the Seadogs hangout and played another game of Pirate Cards with Captain Dreadbeard once again, leading him to flee.

The Seadogs returned in Skylanders: Giants, where the Skylanders, Captain Flynn and Cali ended up in Cutthrought Carnival, asking some of them for help. In turn the Seadogs made the Skylanders play a few games of Skystones until they reached Captain Dreadbeard. After getting the Dreadyatch repaired, Captain Dreadbeard decided to join the group if the Skylanders want to hone their Skystone skills and a few other Seadogs will try to look for the Skylanders for a rematch.

The Seadogs also appeared in Skylanders: Trap Team, where they seem to occasionally challange the Skylanders to a game of Skystones Smash. Some of the Seadogs would ask for help from some of the Villains, such as Brawlrus and Eye Five. Captain Dreadbeard also returned to challange the Skylanders to Skystones Smash and possibly got a prosthetic hand to replace his hook.

In Skylanders: SuperChargers, Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing and Skylanders: Imaginators, an old Seadog known as Captain Frightbeard went to go into racing in a boat called the Lil' Phantom Tide.
