Scott Campbell is a playable character in the Twisted Metal series.

Origins[]

Scott Campbell was originally a regular person that had a wife and a daughter, but was murdered by someone.

Twisted Metal[]

The ghost of Scott Campbell first appeared in the 1995 version of Twisted Metal, where he was haunting a car known as Spectre and fought against the likes of Agent Stone, Angela Fortin, Bruce Cochrane, Captain Spears, Charlie Kane, Commander Mason, Dave & Mike, Mr. Ash, Mr. Grimm, Sergeant Carl Roberts and Sweet Tooth. Afterwards, Scott Campbell would then fight against Minion and after defeating Minion, Scott Campbell went to visit Calypso and asked to be revived. Strangely, Calypso agreed and restored Scott Campbell's humanity, where Scott would return to his wife and daughter.

It is unknown what happened to Scott Campbell after this.

  • Scott Campbell shares the vehicle known as Spectre with Ken Masters, Lance Wilder, Bloody Marry, young Masters and Chuckie Floop.
    • Both Scott Campbell and young Masters are the only Spectre drivers that were given a happy ending.
  • Scott Campbell was the first playable ghost in the Twisted Metal series.
  • Scott Campbell was named after one of the original co-founders of the Twisted Metal series.
  • It was implied that Scott Campbell died at the hands of Needles Kane.
  • Scott Campbell was originally going to be revived by Calypso, but was shot and turned into a ghost again. However it is believed that he was just canonically revived and lived the rest of his life the way he wanted.
