Quatro is a playable character in Twisted Metal 4.

Quatro appears to be a type of alien police officer. As he is seen around the galaxy and seems to be occasionally confused as a bounty hunter. He is often seen on his Xeon Hoverbike. However, he later heard that Sweet Tooth is now hosting the Twisted Metal contest and decided to enter.
Twisted Metal 4[]
Quatro only appeared in Twisted Metal 4, where he was seen riding his Xeon Hoverbike to fight against the likes of Calypso, Captain Grimm, Conner Nazang, Dennis Flanders, Goggle Eyes, General Warthog, Micro Blast, Rob Zombie, The Joneses, Trash Man and Zanita Corbett. A bit later, he would fight against the likes of Crusher, Moon Buggy, Super Thumper, RC Car, Super Axel, Super Slam and Super Auger, Minion and later Sweet Tooth himself. After winning the Twisted Metal contest hosted by Sweet Tooth, Orbital told Melvin that he was not there for the prize, just to arrest Sweet Tooth, Calypso, Captain Grim, Rob Zombie and possibly Sweet Tooth's Henchmen too. This lead to a Galactic Centre Ship to also appear and presumed a fight went on.
It is currently unknown what happened to Quatro after this.

- The word "quatro" (Sometimes spelled "quattro" or "cuatro") is the Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish word for "four."
- Quatro might be a parody of Robocop, Predator, Star Trek or Star Wars.
- Quatro is currently the only driver in the entire series to use a hovering vehicle.
- It is unknown if he is supposed to be a cyborg, android, robot, or alien.
- It can be argued that Quatro might work for the Police in one way or another.
