Old Nick is a minor antagonist in the Team Fortress series.

Origin[]
Old Nick was an austrailian that went to the North Pole. He then borrowed money from a foren mafia, only to set up his shop at the North Pole. He then went to kidnap children from across the world so that his could make them creat various weapons and toys.
Team Fortress[]
Old Nick made his first appearance in the webcomic A Smissmas Story, where he went to 2Fort to kidnap the children their, only to fight against Scout and Soldier. He later died after being stabbed by an icicle from a kid named Little Jack.
It is assumed that Mann Co. later took the what they could from Old Nick's shop to give to their Mercenaries.
