Mr. Ash, possibly also known as Jimmy Ash, is a playable character in the Twisted Metal series.
History[]
Twisted Metal[]
Mr. Ash first appeared in the 1995 version of Twisted Metal, where he drove a semi named Darkside. He went to fight against other drivers, such as Agent Stone, Angela Fortin, Bruce Cochrane, Captain Spears, Charlie Kane, Commander Mason, Dave & Mike, Mr. Grimm, Scott Campbell, Sergeant Carl Roberts and Sweet Tooth. He later fought against Minion and then headed to Calypso to claim his prize, being that he wanted to bring a demon known as Black back home, only to drive Black straight to Hell.
It should be noted that many fans consider Twisted Metal III to be non-canon and Twisted Metal: Small Brawl is said to be a spin-off.
Mr. Ash returned in Twisted Metal III, where Calypso hired him as a boss for his tournament. Where Mr. Ash in his Darkside vehicle fought against returning contestants, such as Bruce Cochrane, Mr. Grimm, Sweet Tooth and Minion, along with Sergeant Carl Roberts with his sister Captain Jamie Roberts. Mr. Ash also fought against Marcus Kane, Captain Rogers, Axel, Amber Rose, Buster Cobb, Club Kid, Damien Coles, Granny Dread and Lance Wilder. Though it is unknown why Calypso and Mr. Ash decided to work together.
Jimmy Ash also appeared in Twisted Metal: Small Brawl, where he went to use an modified RC semi in a game that Billy Calypso made, where he fought against Agent Stone, Sweet Tooth, Axel, Hammerhead, Masters, Mime, Mr. Grimm, Officer Roberts, Piecemeal, Private Mason, Slam, Trapper, Twister, Vinnie & Bruce and of course Warthog.

- Mr. Ash shares the vehicle known as Darkside with the Twisted Metal: Black version of Dollface, Sweet Tooth, his army of Clowns, the 2012 version of Mr. Grimm, his army of Skulls, the 2012 version of Dollface, her army of Dolls, a Preacher and his army of Holy Men.
- Mr. Ash is believed to be either the Twisted Metal version of Satan or a high ranking demon.
- Mr. Ash was the only driver in the 1995 version of Twisted Metal to never make a wish.
