The Magic Items are allies in a way in the Skylanders series.
History[]
Skylanders[]
The Magic Items appear throughout the Skylanders series as with their first appearance in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventures, they were used by the Skylanders and Portal Masters to help them in combat and a group of Sidekicks also appear to walk with the Skylanders. The Pirate Seas act as an extra chapture and alowed the Skylanders, like Terrafin to enter a pirate world and fight against some Seadog pirates, while also playing a card game with some of them until Captain Dreadbeard was defeated in the card game twice. The Empire of Ice also acting as another chapture will allow Skylanders such as Slam Bam to help Haldor the Wizard to kick out the Ice Ogres from his home and bring back summer to the land. The Darklight Crypt, while also doing this, will allow Skylanders such as Ghost Roaster to help Batterson with his catering bisnis and help the Ghost residents remove Occulous from trying to take over the town. In the Dragon's Peak, Flavius will bring the Skylanders, namely Sunburn to help Ramses take on his brother Vathek for taking his thrown.
In Skylanders: Giants, new Magic Items and Sidekicks have appeared to help the Skylanders and the Giants in their adventures.
In Skylanders: SWAP-Force, the Tower of Time act as a another chapture where the Skylanders and Captain Flynn would help the Kangarats in fixing the tower and fighting against Cluck, as well as his minions.

- Ghost Pirate Swords - Two swords being possessed by undead pirate souls will help the Skylanders. Comes with Pirate Seas.
- Hidden Treasure - A treasure chest that will appear in certain levels. Comes with Pirate Seas.
- Platinum Hidden Treasure - A silver variant of the Hidden Treasure. Comes with the Skylanders: Battlegrounds starter pack.
- Healing Elixir - A magic potion that will heal the Skylanders within a short amount of time. Comes with Darklight Crypt.
- Time Twister Hourglass - An hourglass that slows down time for enemies. Comes with Darklight Crypt.
- Anvil Rain - An item that allows anvils to rain down and cause damage to nearby enemies. Comes with Empire of Ice.
- Sky-Iron Shield - A floating shield that will defend the Skylands from damage. Comes with Empire of Ice.
- Sparx the Dragonfly - An old friend of Spyro the Dragon, will occasionally help the Skylanders if needed. Comes with Dragon's Peak.
- Wined Boots - Allows the Skylanders to go faster. Comes with Dragon's Peak.
- Volcanic Vault - Currently unknown.
- Dragonfire Cannon - A large cannon that can fire a blue laser at enemies.
- Golden Dragonfire Cannon - A gold version of the Dragonfire Cannon that fires a gold laser.
- Scorpion Striker - A catapult on wheels that shoots a bomb at enemies.
- Battle Hammer - A magical hammer that will hit the enemies of the Skylanders. Comes with Tower of Time.
- Sky Diamond - Will allow enemies to leave behind a diamond after defeat. Comes with Tower of Time.
- Platnium Sheep - Currently unknown. Comes with Sheep Wreak Island.
- Groove Machine - Currently unknown. Comes with Sheep Wreak Island.
- Arkeyan Crossbow - Currently unknown.
- Fiery Forge - A pot of larva on wheels that can burn the enemies of the Skylanders.
- UFO Hat - Gives the Skylanders a new hat.
- Hand of Fate - A ghostly skeleton hand will attack the enemies of the Skylanders. Comes with the Nightmare Express,
- Legendary Hand of Fate - A gold and blue version of the Hand of Fate. Comes with the Nightmare Express.
- Piggy Bank - Will offer the Skylanders more money. Comes with the Nightmare Express.
- Rocket Ram - Will summon a large ram headed rocket to fight against enemies. Comes with the Mirror of Mystery.
- Tiki Speaky - Will summon a cursed tiki mask to fire a bolt of lighting at enemies. Comes with Mirror of Mystery.

Creation Cristals[]
Creation Crystals were used to create a breed of Skylanders known as Imaginators, effectivly, there is meant to be a hundred Imaginators, one of each element being Air, Dark, Earth, Fire, Life, Light, Magic, Tech, Undead and Water, along with one of each battleclass, being Brawler, Sorcerer, Smasher, Bowslinger, Knight, Quickshot, Sentinel, Ninja, Bazooker and Swashbuckler. Though their are only three Air Creation Crystals, three Dark Creation Crystals, three Earth Creation Crystals, three Fire Creation Crystals, four Life Creation Crystals, one Legendary Life Creation Crystal, three Light Creation Crystals, one Legendary Creation Crystal, three Magic Creation Crystals, one Legendary Magic Creation Crystal, three Tech Creation Crystals, three Undead Creation Crystals and three Water Creation Crystals. Effectivally only thirty four Imaginators could be created.
