The Leviathan is a recurring neutral antagonist in the Skylanders series.

The Leviathan was first seen in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, where it would try to eat the Skylanders if they travel too far in the river. The Leviathan would than eat a part of a pirate ship. It's scales was also used to creat a part of the Core of Light.
The Leviathan makes a cameo appearance in Skylander: Giants, often seen flying around in the background.
The Leviathan also appears in Skylanders: Trap Team, under the name of the Rain Fish, the Rain Fish once ate Mags alive. It is also seen roaming around the riviera, only for the Skylanders to fish it out and take the Information Squid, only to find out that the squid was really Kaos in disguise somehow. Their is also a hat based off of the Rain Fish known as the Shark Hat. The Rain Fish is also seen with a flying Chompy Worm during the credits.
In Skylanders: Ring of Heroes, a purple Leviathan appears to fight against the Skylanders, however it was defeated.
