King Boom Boo first appeared in Sonic Adventure 2, where he went to fight against Knuckles the Echidna, only to be defeated by him and left, this was followed up by Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik summoning to Egg Golem to fight against Sonic the Hedgehog, although it turned on Eggman after he insulted it.
King Boom Boo appears in a minigame in Sonic Rivals 2.
King Boom Boo returned in Sonic Runners.
King Boom Boo also appeared in Sonic Team Racing, as a cameo.
