Iroh is a recurring character in the Avatar: The Last Airbender series and The Legend of Korra.
History[]
Avatar (TLA/TLoA)[]
Iroh was a born into the Fire Nation as one of it's princes, over the years he was known as a Firebending prodgy and was later presumed married and had a child known as Lu Ten. He was a meager leader of the Fire Nation Army, even breaking down the walls of Bar Sing Si, however he quit the army after his sun died and went to seek out the Dragons in his spiritual journey and came back to claim that he killed them. He later saw his brother, the new Fire Lord Ozai, scar his nephew, Zuko and later helped his nephew to capture the Avatar after his banishment.
In the episode The Boy In the Iceberg, Iroh was seen with his naphue known as Zuko on a boat with other Fire Nation Soldiers to look for the Avatar. Iroh was teaching Zuko some of his old Fire Bending Moves.
In the episode The Avatar Returns, Iroh was seen with Zuko and some Fire Nation Soldiers with Aang, although after the Avatar left, Iroh went to confert Zuko as the two now know that the Avatar is alive.
In the episode The Southern Air Temple, Iroh and Zuko were met by Zhao, where he two had a discussion with. A bit later Iroh went to stop an adniki between both Zhao and Zuko, beleving that Zhao has lost his honor and saw him leave.

- Iroh was voiced by the late Mako Iwamatsu through Books 1 and 2, who also voiced Aku from the Samurai Jack series. Greg Baldwin Voiced both characters after his passing.
