Ignitor is a playable character in the Skylanders series. In the series he is a part of the Fire Element.

Biography[]

On his first quest as a knight, Ignitor was tricked by a cunning witch into wearing a magical suit of armor that he was told would resist fire from a dragon. But as it turned out, it was made of cursed steel. He journeyed to a dragon's lair where a single blast of fire transformed him into a blazing spirit, binding him to the suit of armor for eternity. Despite this setback, Ignitor remains a spirited knight who is always fired up to protect Skylands from evil... and find the witch that tricked him.

Skylanders[]

Ignitor was one of the core Skylanders that protected the Core of Light from Kaos and his minions in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, until one of his minions destroyed it and sent all of the Skylanders to Earth. This leaded to new Portal Masters to bring the Skylanders back to Skylands in hopes to rebuild the Core of Light and defeat Kaos as well as his minions.

Ignitor gained new abilities in Skylanders: Giants, while he helped the Giants in their quest to prevent Kaos from trying to reawaken the Arkeyan army. He also has a counterpart known as Legendary Ignitor.

Ignitor is a playable character in the now discontinued Skylanders: Universe, along with all of the other Skylanders from Spyro's Adventure and Giants. Roaming Skylands and finding treasures.

Ignitor is also seen in Skylanders: Cloud Patrol, along with all of the other Skylanders from Spyro's Adventure, Giants and SWAP-Force.

Ignigtor may also appear in Skylanders: SWAP-Force, Skylanders: Trap Team, Skylanders: SuperChargers, Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing and Skylanders: Imaginators, where he would help those various Skylander teams in their respected adventures.
