The Hypno Baron is a minor antagonist in the Shantae series.

Shantae[]
The Hypno Baron was one of the three Barons to hold a magic seal. He also made his first appearance in Shantae: risky's Revenge, where he went to praise Shantae in her battle against Risky Boots. He later went to fight against her by disguising himself as her uncle Mimic but lost.
The Hypno Baron returned in Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, where he hired Rottytops, Abner Cadaver and Poe to help him with something, by giving them coffee beans. He later summoned the Squid Baron and saw Shantae, leading to the two Barons to fight against Shantae but lost. The Hypno Baron than stated to Shantae that he wanted to symblize the Squid Baron with posters and merchandice and left. The Hypno Baron later later seen at the Spar, where he asked Shantae to deliver him some drowned souls as he was fed up with the Squid Baron's antics.
The Hypno Baron was also seen in various DLC's where he and the Squid Baron would fight against Risky Boots and a bit later Shantae in diffrent costumes.
It is currently unknown what happened to the Hypno Baron afterwards.
