Hotto Doggo was a blacksmith in the Lupum Empire, where he was tasked to help create a weapon called the Kingsblade, only to leave after fearing the weapons power.
Cat Quest II[]
Kit Cat, a former friend of Hotto Doggo, sent both the Cat hero and the Dog Hero over to meat him. After the two meowgesties entered the Lupus Empire, they had to fight off against Monsters and Dog Soldiers under the command of Wolfen, only to be rescued by Hotto Doggo.
