Hot Head is a playable character in the Skylanders series. In the series he is a part of the Fire Element.

Biography

Hot Head had always been a short tempered fire giant. But it was when magical oil was discovered in Skylands that fuel was really added to the fire. As exciting as the discovery was, the celebration lasted only 5 minutes - coming to an abrupt halt when Hot Head needed to cool off and plunged into the thick black pool, causing the entire island to explode! Though it would be another 2,000 years before magical oil was discovered again, the impact that it had on Hot Head was immediate. He was instantly infused with magical oil, giving him the ability to generate an infinite supply of fuel - making him incredibly volatile, highly combustible, and ready to torch anything that got in his way.

History

Skylanders

Hot Head was one of the Giants that went against the Arkeyan army so that they could de-thrown the Arkeyan King and remove the Iron Fist of Arkus, only to never be seen again afterwords.

Hot Head and the other Giants came back to Skylands in Skylanders: Giants, in hopes of preventing Kaos from obtaining the Iron Fist of Arkus and waking up the Arkeyan army once again with the aid of the new Skylanders.

Hot Head was one of the playable characters in the now discontinued Skylanders: Universe, roaming Skylands and finding treasures.

He also appeared in Skylanders: Cloud Patrol.

Hot Head made an appearance in Skylanders: Battlecast, a card based strategy game. He also had a counterpart known as Obsidian Hot Head in this game.

Hot Head may also appear in Skylanders: SWAP-Force, Skylanders: Trap Team, Skylanders: SuperChargers, Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing and Skylanders: Imaginators, where he would help those various Skylander teams in their respected adventures.
