The High Priestess is a major antagonist in the Samurai Jack series.
History[]
Samurai Jack[]
The High Priestess, as her name suggests is the priestess of the Cult of Aku, only to have a visit from Aku himself, who gave her a peace of his essence. She intern, drank it and gave birth to the nine Daughters of Aku and trained them until they were adults to fight against Samurai Jack.
In Episode XCII, she was seen training her daughters until they where over the age of twenty.
In Episode XCV and Episode XCVI, Ashi had a vision of her mother mocking her for not killing the Samurai.
In Episode XCVII, remembered an experience where her mother and her other sisters, where she pushed Ashi into a pit of ashes.
In Episode XCVIII, the High Priestess hired an Orc Army to kill Samurai Jack, however after they failed she went to kill him herself. She and Ashi than had a fight, only for Ashi to murder her by throwing a=one of her own arrows into her back.
In Episode C, Aku remembered visiting the Cult of Aku, only for him to put together that the High Priestess drank a peace of his essence and gave birth to Ashi.
It is unknown what happened to the High Priestess after Aku's death in the past.
