The Seven Guardians of Light is a group in the Kingdom Hearts series.
History[]
Kingdom Hearts[]
The Seven Guardians of Light, may have came to existence in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, where three keyblade wielders known as Aqua, Terra and Ventus went to the other worlds to fight against the Unversed and meet both Vanitas and Master Xehanort, only to be seperated after fighting the two.
In Kingdom Hearts, three other heroes, being Sora, Riku and Kairi went to see if they could explore other worlds. However after the Heartless took over the Destiny Islands, this caused the three to be separated and so Sora, went to explore a world known as Traverse Town and later teamed up with Donald and Goofy in hopes of finding his friends. Sora, occasionally saw Riku and possibly went to team up with him in the monster known as Monstero. Sora also saw Riku and Kairi on Captain Hook's pirate ship and so went to rescue Kairi and headed back to Traverse Town, only to later go the the End of the World to fight against the Heartless and Ansem the Seeker of Darkness. Sora, Donald, Goofy, Riku and King Mickey went to close the door to darkness.
Three more heroes from the original Organization XIII known as Roxas, Xion and Axel appeared in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, often went on missions to help create the artificial Kingdom Hearts. However after not agreeing with the orders they were given Roxas went to fight against Xion and went to fight against Riku, only to lose.
In Kingdom Hearts II, Roxas was put under a simulation in hopes that he would become a part of Sora once again. Sora, Donald and Goofy later woke up from their visit from Castle Oblivion and so went back to Hollow Bastion to see how things were going. Sora went to fight against the Heartless and the Nobodies as well as the leaders of the nobodies known as Organization XIII. Sora was later allied with Axel to head over to the Organization's home world known as the World That Never Was and later battled against Roxas. Sora later reunited with both Kairi and Riku and later fought against Xemnas with Riku, only to head back to the Destiny Islands.
The Seven Guardians of Light first appeared in Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance, where both Sora and Riku went to Master Yen Sid to do a mark of mastery exam in the realm of dreams and teamed up with the Dream Eaters to fight against evil forms of Dream Eaters as well as the returning Organization XIII and villains created by the memories of the sleeping worlds. Master Xehanort, after his return told King Mickey that their seven lights and his thirteen darkness's to meet at the fated place. A bit afterwards, Riku became a master and Lea, the somebody of Axel, showed his keyblade.
In Kingdom Hearts III, Sora, Donald and Goofy went to visit the various woulds to fight against the Heartless, Nobodies and Unversed, only for Lea and Kairi to go under training and Riku as well as King Mickey to look for Master Aqua. Riku went to fight against a corrupted Aqua, only for Sora to appear and help bring her back to the realm of light. Aqua later brought Sora, Donald and Goofy back to Castle Oblivion and turned it back to the way it was and so went to wake up Ventus, only for Aqua to fight against Vanitas. Sora later woke up Ventus and so the group went back to the mysterious tower. Sora, Kairi, Riku, Aqua, Ventus, Lea, King Mickey, Donald and Goofy later went to the Keyblade graveyard and fought against an army of Heartless, Nobodies and Unversed, only to later see a Demon Tide witch consumed everyone. Sora, now in the Final World, went to rebuild himself and talked to some of those that have not been forgotten. Sora later went to fight against the Lich to bring his friends back to the keyblade graveyard. Sora later went went to fight against the Demon Tide and so the rest of the Gaudians went to fight against members of the Organization with Sora also helping. This also caused Xion to defect and join the Guardians as well as Terra-Xehanort to be defeated by Xehanort's Guardian and turned back to Terra. Sora, Donald and Goofy later went to fight and defeat Master Xehanort, only for Xehanort to give him the X-Blade and left the world of the living with Master Eruqis. Sora later went to bring Kairi back, only to somehow lose his way.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[]
Members of the Guardians of Light appeared in Super Smash bros. Ultimate: World of Light through a DLC, as murals in the Station of Awakening in the Hollow Bastion Stage such as Kairi, Ventus, Aqua, Terra, Riku, Xion, Axel and Roxas. Some are also Spirits that possesed fighters such as Princess Daisy, Sora, Dark Samus, Lucina, Mr. Game & Watch, Chrom, Corrin, Robin and Roy.
