Grilla Drilla is a playable character in the Skylanders series. In the series he is a part of the Life Element and has the Dig SWAP-Force ability.
Biography[]
In the distant jungles of what was once the sprawling subterranean city of the Drilla Empire, Grilla Drilla served among the guards for the Drilla King. Every seven years, the king would select the bravest and strongest guard to become their leader. It was during the last selection ceremony that a troll mining operation broke through the ground above them and quickly snatched the king, wanting to know the location of the famed Drilla Diamond. Having never ventured above ground, Grilla Drilla risked everything to defeat the trolls and rescue the Drilla King. In return for his bravery, Grilla was selected as the new leader. But he instead decided to join the Skylanders, where he could protect even more residents of Skylands.

Grilla Drilla was a part of a team of Skylanders that protected a magc volcano from a force of evil and their minions until the volcano erupted around them and turning them into the SWAP-Force, only to be never seen again.
Grilla Drilla and the rest of the SWAP-Force returned to the Cloudbreak Islands in Skylanders: SWAP-Force, where they came to prevent Kaos and his minions from trying to 'Evilize the Ancient Elementals with the aid of the Core Skylanders.
Grilla Drilla appeared in Skylanders: Cloud Patrol, to oparate a cannon and fire at some sheep.
In Skylanders: Lost Islands, Grilla Drilla was given a counterpart known as Builda Grilla Drilla.
Grilla Drilla may also appear in Skylanders: Trap Team, Skylanders: SuperChargers, Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing and Skylanders: Imaginators, where he would help those various Skylander teams in their respected adventures.
