Gloer the Great was a minor character that appeared in the Samurai Jack series.

Gloer the Great was a proud warrior until Aku's Beetle Drone army went to destroy his land and he war murdered in combat with a Thread of time in his possession.
In the third issue of The Threads of Time, Gloar found Samurai Jack and showed him a time before Aku attacked and even acted friendly to him, by giving him food and had a spar match with him. Only to later show Jack what happened to his city, witch lead Jack to tell him that he was a great warrior and could not have fought against a large number of enemies by himself. He then departed to the afterlife feeling better about himself and gave his thread of time to Jack.
It is unknown what happened to Gloer the Great after Aku's death in the past.

Combatent: Gloer the Great was a master combatent when he was alive.
Area Transfermation: Gloer used a Thread of Time as a ghost to recreate his old city.
