Gilgamech is an antagonists in the SteamWorld series.
History[]
SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech[]
Gilgamech was sent to fight against a Behemoth and people of the land remembered him for a long time. He however created the Void army after most people forgot about him and caged his old friend Orik.
In SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech, Gilgamech went to the Cursed City with his army, only to find that his old friend, along with a small group holding the Necronomicog. He than took it and left after zapping the gruop with an electric bolt. Gilgamech was later seen where he fought against the group of heroes twice, only to reawaken the Behemoth he slain so that people can remember him again, only to struck ba a paraliving attack and so healled the group he was with so that they would have the strangth to face the beast. He was later seen to become a minigolf champion.

- Gilgamech's name is a play on Gilgamesh, a famous historical night and Mech.
