The four Ghosts, known as Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde would often try to attack Pac-Man when he gets too close to them. If Pac-Man eats a large pellet, this would cause him to be able to eat the Ghosts.
Super Smash Bros.[]
The Ghosts appear in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Super Smash Bros. of Nintendo 3DS and a bit later Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: World of Light, as an assist trophy and a stage hazard for one of the stages. They also appear in some of Pac-Man's taunts.
