Enigma (Skylanders) is a playable character in the Skylanders series. In the series he is a part of the Magic Element.

Biography

Summoned by a Mabu Mystic, Enigma comes from a nameless place "between the worlds." Though the Mystic was really just looking for someone to play Skystones, he was quickly enraptured by Enigma's stories about his mysterious homeland. Unfortunately, the Darkness got wind of these stories, and seeking another realm to conquer, sent minions to lay siege on the gateway that remained open. Making matters worse, the Mabu had no idea how to close it. So, with a legion of minions fast approaching, Enigma chose to use his Sigil of Mystery to seal the doorway - cutting him off from his home forever. This large sacrifice caught the attention of the Trap Team, who welcomed Enigma and gave him a new home as a protector of Skylands. He now uses his Traptanium Sigil to put a world of hurt on evil everywhere!

History

Skylanders

Enigma was a member of the Trap Masters that captured and imprisoned various Villains, even the notorious Doom Raiders until Kaos destroyed the Cloud Cracker Prison and sent the Trap Masters as well as a lot of Traps to Earth. In Skylanders: Trap Team, Enigma and the other Trap Masters returned to Skylands to capture and imprison the Villains once again, with the aid of the Core Skylanders and the Minis.

Enigma appears in Skylanders: Lost Islands.

He also makes a cameo in Skylanders: Battlecast, where he would appear in a card-based strategy game.

Enigma appears in Skylanders: Ring of Heroes, gaining an Awakened Form.

Enigma may also appear in Skylanders: SuperChargers, Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing and Skylanders: Imaginators, where he would help the SuperChargers, the Senseis and the Imaginators in their respected adventures.
