The Empress is a recurring protagonist in the Samurai Jack series.
History[]
Samurai Jack[]
The Empress married the Emperor and later in the episode The Birth of Evil, Part 1, where she was pregnant.
She was later seen in the episode The Birth of Evil, Part 2, after the Emperor defeated Aku to she him his new born son.
The Empress later appeared in the episode The Beginning, where after Aku came back, she left Japan with both the prince and the sword. She later sent her son with a bunch of fishermen and later went to live with a bunch of monks. The Empress was later seen where the Prince finally finished their training so that she could give him the sword and new robes.
a vision of the Empress and the Emperor where seen in the episode Young Jack in Africa, as the young prince missed his parents.
The Empress appears in flashbacks in the episode Jack Remembers the Past, where Samurai Jack dreamed of returning to his own timeline.
In the episode Jack and the Monks, Jack had visions of both his mother and father being enslaved by Aku and thew three Monks asking him questions witch encouraged him to clime the top of the mountain and yell to Aku that he will return to the past.
The Empress appeared in the episode known as Jack's Shoes, where in a flashback she was seen making a hat out of straw and saw her son try to do the same.
In the episode The Aku Infection, both the Empress and the Emperor where seen to help Jack fend off against an infection, by making him focus on the good deeds he did in Aku's Future.
The Empress was mentioned by Jack in the episode Jack and the Baby, as she told Jack a fairy tale when he was younger.
In the comic The Quest Four the Broken Blade Part 2, Jack had a flashback of his mother and the time he got the sword.
In Episode XCIII, The Empress was seen in a river in Jack's mind as he was not able to save them from Aku's wrath and blamed himself for it.
