E-101 Beta was created by Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik, only to fight against E-102 Gamma in Sonic Adventure and lost. E-101 Beta was later recreated, E-101 later went to fight against E-102 once again, only to be destroyed and inturn destroy E-102.
E-101 Beta was mentioned by E-123 Omega in Sonic Heroes.
E-101 Beta also appeared in a minigame in Sonic Rivals.
