Doctor Neo Periwinkle Cortex is the main antagonist of the Crash Bandicoot series. Despite being more of a scientist then a Sorcerer, he has used magic before such as Uka Uka's powers. He is the archenemy and creator of Crash Bandicoot.

Crash Bandicoot[]
Dr. Neo Cortex and his lab assistant where working on an experiment known as Crash Bandicoot, only for the expariment to escape. In Crash Banidcoot, Dr. Neo sent his minions to fight against Crash until he had to fight Crash himsef, only to lose the battle.
Dr. Neo Cortex returns in Crash Banidcoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, where he suvived falling from a high area and later went to trick Crash to collect various gems for him.

Dr. Neo Cortex as seen in Skylanders: Imaginators.
Dr. Neo Cortex becomes one of the Sensei Villains in Skylanders: Imaginators, teaching Imaginators of the Sorcerer Class, he, along with Crash Bandicoot can open the Tumpin' Wumpa Islands level and have to defeat Fake Crash. In the series he is a part of the Tech Element.
