Dr. Ivo Robotnik, often refereed to as Eggman, is a recurring antagonist in the Sonic series.
History[]

Dr. Ivo Robotnik appeared in Sonic the Hedgehog, where he went to fight against Sonic the Hedgehog with his Badniks.
Dr. Ivo Robotnik returned in Sonic 2, to once again fight against Sonic and his friend Miles "Tails" Prower.
Dr. Ivo Robotnik also appeared in Sonic 3, where he tricked Knuckles the Echidna to fight against Sonic and Tails.
In Sonic & Knuckles, Dr. Robotnik went to fight against Sonic, Tails and Knuckles with his Badniks, only to leave Angle Island.
In Sonic CD, Dr. Robotnik went to Little World to take it over and created a machine known as Metal Sonic to fight against Sonic and capture Amy Rose, only to later leave Little Planet before it disappears again.
In Sonic Chaos, Dr. Robotnik went to fight against Sonic and Tails with his Badniks again.
In Sonic Spinball, Dr. Robotnik and his Badniks went to fight against Sonic again.
Dr. Robotnik also appears in Tails and the Music Maker.
n Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble, Dr. Robotnik hired both Knuckles and Fang the Sniper to fight against Sonic and tails.
Dr. Robotnik also appears in Sonic Drift and Sonic Drift 2, to race against Sonic and his friends in cars.
In Knuckles' Chaotix, Dr. Robotnik and his Badniks went to fight against Knuckles as well as Team Chaotix with the help of Metal Sonic.
In Sonic Labyrinth, went to fight against Sonic once again.
In Sonic the Fighters, Dr. Robotnik went to set up a fighting compatition for the Chaos Emeralds and would later fight against the winner for their Emeralds.
In Sonic 3D Blast and Sonic Blast, Dr. Robotnik went to fight against Sonic again with his Badniks.
Dr. Robotnik appears in Sonic 's Schoolhouse, possibly teaching others.
In Sonic R, Dr. Robotnik went to race against, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Metal Sonic, Mecha Knuckles and Tails Doll. possibly to look for the Chaos Emeralds.
Dr. Ivo Robotnik made his first appearance in Sonic Generations, where he went to fight against Sonic and later teamed up with his future self known as Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik and the Time Eater to fight against Sonic and his future self, only to end up in a void.
In Sonic Mania and Sonic Mania Plus, Dr. Ivo Robotnik went to help the Hard Boiled Heavies to fight against Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, only to be betrayed by the Heavy King, causing the two to fight each other and Sonic.
Dr. Ivo Robotnik also appears in Sonic Mania Adventures, often causing mischief for Sonic and his friends.
