Double Trouble is a playable character in the Skylanders series. In the series he is a part of the Magic Element.

Biography

Double Trouble was an adept spellcaster. On an expedition to find exotic ingredients for his potions, he traveled in search of a rare lily that was said to multiply the power of any spell. So thrilled was he when he found it, Double Trouble instantly ate the plant and performed a spell. Suddenly, there was a loud pop... then another... and another - until Double Trouble was surrounded by exact copies of himself. As it turned out, he had misunderstood the details about exactly what would multiply. But it didn't matter, for he quickly realized the clones were delightful companions... never mind that they were only half his size and would explode on contact.

History

Skylanders

Double Trouble, along with many other Skylanders were protecting the Core of Light from Kaos and his minions until one of his minions destroyed it. This made Double Trouble and the other core Skylanders to Earth, where new Portal Masters brought them back to Skylands. In Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, Double trouble and the other Skylanders rebuild the Core of Light and defeat Kaos as well as his minions.

In Skylanders: Giants, Double Trouble gained new abilities when aiding the Giants in there quest to stop Kaos from trying to reawaken the Arkeyan Army. He also has a counterpart known as Royal Double Trouble.

Double Trouble appeared in the now discontinued Skylanders: Universe, where he and every other Skylander from Spyro's Adventure and Giants where he can travel around Skylands and find treasures.

Double Trouble also appears in Skylanders: Cloud Patrol, where he has to oparate a cannon to fire at some sheep.

Double Trouble also appears in Skylanders: Battlegronds.

He also appears in Skylanders: Lost Island.

Double Trouble may also appear in Skylanders: SWAP-Force, Skylanders: Trap Team, Skylanders: SuperChargers, Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing and Skylanders: Imaginators, where he would help those various Skylander teams in their respected adventures.
