Death is a deity seen in the Discworld series, often seen by those who just died. He later gained a butler known as Albert.
Death first appeared in the book The Color of Magic, where he...
In Wyrd Sisters, Death came to bring King Virance to the afterlife and later dissappeared. A bit afterwards, Death came back to watch the play and later went to see Duke Felmet go insane and fell to his death.
In Soul Music, after seeing both Mort and Issable die as well as Susan from the future yell at him, Death desiced to go on holiday. First he went to ask a guru how humans forget and so went to join the forien legion, only to grow bored of the experiance. After a masicare, he left went to a pud, only to find a way to turn leggless. He was later chuckled into the river and became friends with the homeless, after the Death of Rats and Quoth woke him up, he went to look for Albert, only to later head to the Unseen University to ride a bike to meet Susan and save the band Music With Rocks In by murdering the Music. Death later went back to his old work and offered Susan her old room when she visits.
