Daxter is one of the main protagonists in the Jak and Daxter series.
History[]
Jak and Daxter[]
Daxter before becoming an Ottsle.
Daxter grew up along side of Jak at Sandover Village. One day both Jak and Daxter went to the Banished lands and saw both Gal and Mia gathering an army of Lerkers, one of witch saw the two and turned Daxter into an Ottle. In Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Daxter went back to the hut of Samos Hagai and later met Keira Hegai. Daxter would later go off to help Jak in his adventures across the island to look for both Gal and Mia. After defeating both Gal and Mia, Daxter decided to stay the way he is and continued to help Jak look for the rest of the Power Cores.
Daxter later went to the future with Jak, Samos and Kaira. In Daxter, Daxter was first seen telling stories in local pubs, only to be offered a job by Osmo in a bug extermination company. There Daxter would often fight against a sub-species of the Metalheads known as the Metal Bugs, even alling himself with Taryn, Ximon as well as a small big until it was sqashed. Daxter would also occaunally dream of himself in movie-themed cenarios. A bit later, Daxter went to say goodbye to Ximon and fight against Metal Keaden and a bit later went to save Jak.

Daxter returns in Jak 2: Renaged, where he went to save Jak after two years of searching. Daxter then went back to traveling on Jaks shoulder and went to tell everyone to try and not piss Jak off. Daxter also went to help a small boy at times and joined the resistance by taking on some of Torn's missions. Daxter later noticed Tess working for Krew and run some erands for Krew. Daxter continued helping Jak, even hemping him fight against Baron Praxis as well as finding the Precuser Egg. Daxter would later go off to help Jak fight against Krew and a bit later fight against Metal Kor. After this adventure, Daxter turned Krew's old pub into the 'Naughty Ottesle.
In Jak 3, after Jak was exiled from the city, both Daxter and Pecker went with him until they all passed out. After awakening, Daxter went back to help Jak in the outcasts Areana and even more in the desert. After Daxter and Jak returned to Heaven City, they where welcomed back by their friends and the New Krimzon Gaurds went to help them in the various city battles. Even after Jak went back into the desert, Daxter would continue to help him as well as their old friend Sig, often going back and forth from the desert and Heaven City up until the two meet Errol again. Both Daxter and Jak then went with their allies to fight against Metal Heads and the Dark Precursers up until he saw that the real Precursers were also Ottsles. This lead to him noticing that the Precursers were wearing pants and later went with Jak to fight against Errol. Afterwards Daxter asked for a pair of pants and saw the precursers leave the world.
In Jak X: Combat Racer, Daxter went to have a drink at Krew's remorial, only to later go help Jak in the races to look for a cure for a sample of poison. Daxter would also have his own car a bit later.
Dark Daxter, most fans consider this form to be non-canon.
While most fans consider this game non-canon in Jak and Daxter:The Lost Frountier, Daxter was seen with both Jak and Keira escaping from some air pirates. A bit afterwards Daxter would travel across the city, only to have Dark Eco infuse with him once again, only this time to turn into Dark Daxter to fight against the creatures of the sewer and later turned back to meet back with Jak. Daxter continued to travel with Jak, only to occasiounally turn back into Dark Daxter once every so often to fight again more monsters every so often.
It is currently unknown what happened to Daxter after these adventures, although it can be expected that he went back to run the Naughty Ottsle again.
PlayStation Move Heroes[]
After being summoned by two aliens, both Daxter and Jak went to team up with Sly Cooper, Bentley, Ratchet and Clack to fight against the aliens in their compatitans and free their prisoners. Afterwards, both Daxter and Jak went back to Heaven City.
PlayStation All-Stars[]
Both Daxter and Jak went on a mission to look for a new form of Eco in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, only to fight against others and later went to fight against both Ratchet and Clank after Clank called him a wreasle. This lead both Daxter and Jak to fight against Polygon Man and his three Polygonal All-Stars, after defeating Polygon Man the two went back to Heaven City with their new power.
Daxter also appears in PlayStation All-Stars Island, where he is seen riding on Jak's shoulder.
Ratchet & Clank[]
Daxter made a small cameo in the movie version of the 2016 iteration of Ratchet & Clank, where clank was going over the various species to see if Ratchet's species, the Lombax was documented somewhere.
