The Daughters of Aku were the main antagonists of the first part of Samurai Jack, season 5.

Samurai Jack[]
The Daughters of Aku were given birth after the High Priestess drank Aku's encence. They were later raised by the Cult of Aku to eliminate Samurai Jack.
In Episode XCII, the Daughters of Aku finally left their home to hunt down the Samurai.
In Episode XCIII, went to hunt continued to hunt down Jack and following him into a crypt. Only for one of them to be murdered by Jack.
In Episode XCIV, The Daughters of Aku, saw one of them now dead and went back to hunting Jack, when they did all of them went to fight against him. All of them died because of Jack trying to fend them off.
In Episode XCV, It showed that one of them suvived, the one being Ashi, who later teamed up with Jack after travelling with him after a while.
Ashi remembered a time with her sisters and her mother with a large cultist beating them up in Episode XCVII.
The High Priestess later told Ashi in Episode XCVIII that all of her sisters or dead because of Jack, leaving Ashi to have been confermed to have been the only suviving sister.
In Episode CI Ashi sent both herself and Jack back to the past, only for her to vanish either headiing back to Aku's Future or just died. His made it so that the Daughters of Aku never exesited after the death of Aku in the past.
