Crunch Bandicoot is a recurring character in the Crash Bandicoot series.

History

Crash Bandicoot

Crunch Bandicoot made his first appearance in Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, where Dr. Neo Cortex decided to create him to fight against Crash Bandicoot and Coco Bandicoot with the help of the Elementals. Crunch would fight against Crash with each Elemental, only to lose. Afterwards Crunch would fight with all of the Elementals, Dr. Neo Cortex and Uka Uka and after being defeated, he would befriend Crash, Coco and Aku Aku.

Crunch returned in Crash Bandicoot 2: N-Tranced, where he was captured, along with Coco and Fake Crash by Dr. Nefarious Trophy and was brainwashed by N. Trance. The hypnotized Crunch went to fight against Crash Bandicoot once again, only to be defeated and went back to normal, leading him to help Crash fight against Dr. Nefarioud Trophy and N. Trance.

Crunch also appeared in Crash Nitro Kart, where he was seen in a racing cart.

Crunch made a cameo appearance inCrash Nitro Mini Golf.

In Crash Bandicoot Purple: Ripto's Rampage and Spyro Orange: The Cortex Conspiracy, Crunch went to help Crash Bandicoot and possibly even Spyro the Dragon to fight against Dr. Neo Cortex and Ripto.

In the mobile version of Crash Nitro Kart, Crunch is seen in a race cart once again.

Crunch made a cameo in Crash Twinsanity, where Dr. Neo Cortex invited all of Crash's enemies and former foes to look at Crash in discuss, but Crunch was confused by thinking it was an actual party.
