The Cranky Wizard is a minor character in the Samurai Jack series.

History[]

Samurai Jack[]

The Cranky Wizard was an old man that often roamed Aku City, however he often found that people kept bumping into him and so he began turning anyone that bumps into him into a chicken, as seen in the episode Chicken Jack. Where he turned Samurai Jack into a rooster. He was also later seen where he turned Cacciatore, Jack's capture, into a chicken and in turn changed Jack back to his human form.

It is unknown what happened to the Wizard after Aku's death in the past.

Powers and Abilities[]

  • Teleportation: The Wizard has been shown to teleport, possibly to avoid trafficking.
  • Transformation: The Wizard has also been shown to turn anyone into a rooster or a chicken and back again, their clothes and weapons also dissapear during the transformation
