Big Chill is the Omnitrix's DNA Sample of a Necrofriggian and a recurring character in the Ben 10 series.

Big Chill often appears in the intros for all of Ben 10 Alien Force, being one of the ten new aliens.
Big Chill made his first appearance in the episode Kevin's Big Score, where Ben Tennerson turned into him to fight against Vulkanus, only to turn back to normal after freeing Kevin Leven.
Big Chill also appears in the episode Max Out, where Ben transformed into him to escape the sewers and fight against the DNAliens, only to turn back after the fight.
In the episode Plumbers' Helpers, Ben turned into Big Chill to put out a fire and to help Gwen Tennerson a bit later. Ben turned back to normal after this.
In the episode Alone Together, Ben turned into Big Chill to help cool down a Hybreed commander known as Reinrassic III and later create a large icecube, only to drink the water that came out of it. Big Chill later went to fight against an alien known as a Dravek and after being helped by Reinrassic, had a discussion with him, only to turn back to Ben a bit later.
In the episode Good Copy, Bad Copy, Albado turned into Big Chill to fly off, only for Ben to also do so. It appeared that the evil Big Chill was freezing the Forever Knights and later tried to ask Gwen about Ben. The heroic Big Chill later appeared, witch lead the two to turn back to their normal selves. Albedo turned back into Big Chill once again to fight against Ben, only to later turn into Echo Echo afterwards.
In the episode Save the Last Dance, Ben turned into Big Chill to take down two people in a car and later rescued them. Big Chill seemed to be gathering metals across the lands and later turned back into Ben. Ben tried to turn into Jetray, only to turn into Big Chill a few minites later and flew off to collect more metal and turned back into Ben afterwards. Ben transformed into Big Chill once again to collect more metal and froze two policemen then flew off to creat a nest. Big Chill went to defend the nest from Gwen, Kevin and Julie Yamamoto until they broke the nest. Big Chill later stated good bye to his offspring and turned back into Ben Tennyson once again.
In the episode Voided, Ben turned into Big Chill to freeze a reactor into place and turned back a shortly afterwards.
In the episode Birds of a Feather, Ben turned into Big Chill to freeze a door to help an Arachnichimp known as Simian break it down. Big Chill then changed into Jetray.
While it may take place in a secondary timeline, some aspects of it was also take place in the main timeline. In the movie Ben 10: Alien Swarm, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against the Alien chips and later turned back to normal.
In the episode Vengeance of Vilgax: Part 2, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against Vilgax, only to later turn into Humoungasaur.
In the episode Inferno, Ben turned into Big Chill to chase Mouldywarp and cornered him near his TNT stash and later turned back to normal.
In the episode Fool's Gold, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against a mutated alien gremlin, he later turned into Echo Echo after hearing that the alien gremlins are poisoned by silicon.
In the episode Singlehanded, Ben turned into Big Chill, while where he had his hand severed off. Big Chill fought against the creatures of the Null Void, only to turn into Swampfire a bit afterwards.
In the episode Trade-Off, Ben turned into Big Chill to spy on then fight against the Forever Knights, only to turn back to normal after Kevin showed up.
In the episode Above and Beyond, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight and train the Plumber Helpers and possibly turned back to normal a bit afterwards.
In the episode The Final Battle, Part 1, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against his old foe Krab and turned back to normal a bit afterwards.
Big Chill returned in the episode Fame, where he was seen on television roaming around Bellwood.
In the episode Duped, a version of Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against a Forever Knight in a ancient suit of armor. Big Chill later turned into Echo Echo.
In the episode Hit 'Em Where They Live, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against Vulkanus and his minions, only to turn into Ultimate Big Chill due to feeling overwhelmed. After Vulkanus was defeated, the Ultimate form turned back into Big Chill and later turned back into Ben.
In the episode Video Games, Ben turned into Big Chill thinking that he would have a video game based off of him. Cannonbolt later turned into Big Chill to fight against a giant Robot that was after him, only to turn into Lodestar a bit afterwards.
In the episode Escape From Aggregor, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against Galapagus, only to turn into Ultimate Big Chill a bit after. After the fight finished the Ultimate form turned back into Big Chill and later back into Ben, even helped giving him a new transformation known as Terraspin.
In the episode Too Hot to Handle, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against P'andor, only to later turn into Cannonbolt.
In the episode Ultimate Aggregor, Ben only turned into Big Chill so that he could use his Ultimate Form.
In the episode Map to Infinity, Ben turned into Big Chill in hopes to gain the trust of the native Necrofriggians, although this did not work and so went to fight against the natives and later turned into Echo Echo.
In the episode Deep, after Ben was crushed by a metal wall, he turned into Big Chill, only to head back into the ocean and turn into Ultimate Big Chill. The Ultimate formthen turned back to normal and Big Chill turned into Goop.
In the episode Absolute Power, Part2, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against Ultimate Kevin, only to turn back.
In the episode Viktor: The Spoils, Ben turned into Big Chill to avoid a laser grid, only to see an old foe known as Dr. Viktor and later went to fight against some royal guards. After Viktor woke up, he turned into Ultimate Big Chill to fight him, but was knocked out and turned back into Ben.
In the episode It's Not Easy Being Gwen, Big Chill was seen fighting against Dr. Animo and his mutant frog and turned into Ben after Animo's defeat.
In the episode Prisoner Number 775 Is Missing, Ben turned into Big Chill to look in a prison and found someone, only to later turn into Rath.
In the episode Greetings From Techadon, Ben turned into Big Chill to see if he could enter an alien box, however he could not and had to fight against it's defences and later turned into Ultimate Big Chill.
In the episode The Flame Keepers' Circle, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against the Flame Keepers and later turned into Ultimate Big Chill. However after Julie was being pushed into the secondary world, the Ultimate form turned back to normal and Big Chill turned bacl into Ben.
In the episode The Mother of All Vreedles, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against both Ma Vreedle and the Pretty Boy Vreedles, only to fail and later turn back to normal.
In the episode The Eggman Cometh, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against the mutant chickens and Dr. Animo, only to turn back into Ben a bit afterwards.
A vision of Big Chill appears in the episode Night of the Living Nightmare, where Alberto would used him to fight against Ben and then turn into NRG.
Big Chill returns once again in the episode Of Predators and Prey: Part 2, where Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against Zed while she was using the Nemitrix and rescued Rook Blonko.
In the episode Malefactor, Armodrillo turned into Big Chill to fight against Zed once again, while she was wearing the Nemitrix again, only to fight against the Hypnotick transformation and later turned back into Ben.
In the episode Showdown: Part 1, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against Zed once more until Azmuth found a way to make her capture Dr. Psycobos and turned back into Ben.
Big Chill made a cameo appearance in the episode Ben Again, where a mind swapped Ben transformed into him by mistreating the Omnitrix.
Big Chill appeared in a flashback in Scpecial Delivery, where Ben turned into him to fight against a DNAlien.
In the episode Tummy Trouble, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against the Incergeons and later turned back. Ben turned back into Big Chill to fight off more Incergeons and turned back into Ben once more.
In the episode The Frogs of War: Part 1, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against the Incerseons once again and possibly turned back a bit afterwards.
In the episode The Ultimate Heist, Ben turned into Big Chill to escape imprisonment and an identity crisis twice. Albedo also turned into Big Chill to fight off Anspector-13 and later turned into Wildvine.
In the episode Something Zombozo This Way Comes, Ben turned into Big Chill to freeze over some possessed zombie-clone minions and turned back into Ben.
Freezeghost. The Dimension 23 version of Big Chill.
In the episode It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World: Part 2, Ben turned Ben 23 into Freezeghost, an altered dimension version of Big Chill, fight with Prime Eyeguy against Mad Rook and later turned back to normal.
In the episode Let's Do the Time War Again, Ben turned into Big Chill to fight against Exo-Skull and changed back afterwards.
Big Chill made his last known appearance in the episode A New Dawn, where after having a universe explode on Ben, the Omnitrix cicled across most of his forms to return him back to normal.

Big Chill in the Generator Rex universe.
In the crossover mini-movie Ben 10/Generator Rex: Heroes United, Ben Tennerson turned into Big Chill to escape being captured and later went to where Bellwood should have been and turned back. Ben later went to face against Alpha as Big Chill, however this was not sucsessful and turned back into Ben.
2016 Series[]
In the special Alien X-Tinction, a version of Ben Tennyson known as AF Universe Ben used Big Chill to fight against an evil version of himself using Alien X.
