Agent Stone first appeared in the 1995 version of Twisted Metal, where he entered the contest in his vehicle known as Crimson Fury to fight against the other contestants, being Angela Fortin, Bruce Cochrane, Captain Spears, Charlie Kane, Commander Mason, Dave & Mike, Mr. Ash, Mr. Grimm, Scott Campbell, Sergeant Carl Roberts and Sweet Tooth. Agent Stone later went to fight against Minion to win the Twisted Metal contest and asked Calypso for a black box containing a message of the existence of aliens that he had a rivalry with Commander Mason over. Agent Stone later brought the box back to his agency and was presumed to have never been seen again.
Agent Stone may have also returned in Twisted Metal: Small Brawl, but as a small child that is pretending to be a British Secret Agent. Agent Stone entered Billy Calypso's game with his modified RC Racer of Crimson Fury. He was also seen fighting against Mr. Grimm, Sweet Tooth, Axel, Hammerhead, Masters, Mime, Officer Roberts, Piecemeal, Private Mason, Slam, Trapper, Twister, Vinnie & Bruce and Warthog. After Agent Stone won the contest, he went to meet Calypso and used a water gun on a Cat to get her to attack Calypso, then left.
